All our products are handmade and unique, hence, slight variation with the end product is expected.
Our Ceramics products are fired at ~1200 degree celsius to make them robust, therefore slight variation in size, shape and color tone can be expected. However this variation should not be seen as defects. We will not be able to entertain such requests for either Refund or Replacement.
We reserve all rights to issue resolutions, as we deem fit.
We highly encourage you to create an unboxing video as a proof of any damage occurred during the transit of the order.
You can request for refund or replacement if:
- You received an incorrect product
- The product has major quality and/or manufacturing defects
- Have an unboxing video
If your case satisfies the above mentioned terms you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery Address
- Reason for the return, in case of damaged or incorrect product, kindly attach the video and images of the product.
Unfortunately, any emails received after 48 hrs will not be considered.
In case the unboxing video clearly shows that the product is broken, damaged or has major defect then you are eligible for a 100% refund or replacement for that item.
In case there is no unboxing video, but still a claim is made about a product being broken, damaged or has a major defect, then you are eligible for a 50% refund on that product only, however the claim needs to be made within 48 hrs of delivery.
We may also offer to replace the damaged product with the same or another product of similar value. This is solely at the discretion of Glimpse Homes.
Glimpse Homes is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery of the parcel. Hence we emphasize on making unboxing videos. Damages due to negligence, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
